Projects within the Confidence-building Measures Programme: 1999 - 2003 – The Centre for Intercultural Studies (previously Klagenfurt network) cooperates closely with the Council of Europe's Confidence-building Measures Programme. It initiates, monitors and evaluates projects carried out mainly in South-Eastern and Eastern Europe.
Intercultural Project Management: 1999 - 2002 – Skills in project management (e.g. team development, conflict management, public relations, fund-raising, evaluation) are an urgent need for managers in intercultural projects. Therefore the Centre for Intercultural Studies works on the development of a curriculum for such a course.
Supplementary Teaching Material for Citizenship Education: 1998 - 2001 – Since 1999 the Centre for Intercultural Studies has worked on the development of supplementary teaching material which can be used by the different communities in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
Bilingual Education in Madagascar: 1998 - 2000 – Following a long lasting cooperation with initiatives from civil society in Madagascar the Centre for Intercultural Studies participates in developing bilingual education in Malagasy schools.
